As always, please ensure your machine is plugged in before you spend time trying to discover why your machine is not operating properly. The number one most common problem is the machine is not plugged into the electrical socket.

Never pour coffee into a cold cup.

Always let the coffee “slide” down the inside side of the cup to create the best crema.

Never use anything other than a frothing pitcher to steam milk of make froth.

Only use one pod per cup of espresso, two pods for a double espresso.

For a “regular,” Americano coffee use three equal parts; one pod=1/3, a second pod=1/3 and add 1/3 hot water.
